As they get older our hair starts turning grey and we wonder what to do. Is it a good idea to start using chemicals and dye our hair back to its natural color? Or are we better to just let it turn naturally grey and live with it.
For most of us it's not until we get into our 40s and 50s that we find a lot of great hairs, this can be a real dilemma especially if you are not used to dying your hair. What actually happens as we age is that we lose a lot of color out about face at around the same time we lose the color from our hair as well. For the majority of us, our natural color, when we were young is now much too dark for us. It's a good idea to start coloring out hair, a few tones lighter than our natural color.

Some women choose to let their hair grow out grey, and often, if they have an up-to-date and trendy hairstyle they can look wonderful. However for most of us, we look much better, with color and our hair. In fact coloring our hair can make us look 10 years younger.
Most women, who have had long hair when they were younger, decide to change to shorter hair. They can be fed up with all the work involved in styling their hair each day, and feel it's much easier to deal with short hair. A trip to the hair stylist once every six weeks is all they need to refresh the color and have a trim.
