* Why do stylists create hair cuts based on face shape and not by personality?
When someone gets a great haircut it speaks more than what the person is wearing on their body, the clothes, jewellery and other adornment. Another thing needs to be laid bare here. A conspiracy theory? Major hair colour companies in the world still emphasize on promoting traditional hairstyles which rely on flat sheenish finishes because they are interested in only selling colour. They do this by recruiting educators who develop new methods and procedures to teach but end with the same result, year in year out! Think for a moment would you have mona lisa painted on textured leaves? Imagine a textured hair style with so much movement, features and details that you think of colour only as a secondary need. There is a new movement to awake the world and it is coming from the east.

A lot can be done with the releasing of fear. Fear of doing something new. Instead of following so structured methods of hair education so boundaries can be brought down and colours can be expressed in new ways. Just a simple pair of scissors, not thinning scissors, not razors, can do wonders. It is in the know how. Even a clipper can get into the act to create expression:)
